This "non-QSL" was issued by the British Far Eastern Broadcasting Station in Singapore. Too bad the BBC had (has) that policy of not QSLing, after all, they will spend the time and postage to reply to reports! At this time Singapore was part of Malaya. After the formation of Malaysia, Singapore was separated supposedly because its large non-Malay population.
